Bard Residence

Roman Bard lives in a 2 bedroom condo a bit off campus. The complex was built in the early 90's, so the condos are fairly modern. His is on the second floor, and has a spacious kitchen with an island eating area, then a little ways from that has an open living area which leads out to a balcony. He keeps only a single chair on his balcony. Once one goes back inside the condo, there's a doorway to the left of the kitchen that leads to the extra bedroom on the left, and the master bed and bath to the right. The condo only has one full bath; though there is also a hall half bath between the master bedroom and the spare bedroom.
